The airfare to Vegas is booked, your room at Blue Chip Vegas is waiting, but now you have to plan what to do during your trip. Vegas offers an overwhelming array of shows, events and attractions some of which are short-run while others have been running for years.

Which show to see in Vegas can be a tough decision. Cirque du Soleil offers an array of seven shows on the Las Vegas Strip. The newest show pays tribute to Elvis at the Aria Resort & Casino.

While all the Cirque shows are amazing they are not for everyone and Vegas offers many other amazing shows as well. The Blueman Group at the Venetian is a fun-packed and amazing comedy show. (Grab your tickets from www.BlueChipVegas.com when you book your room for great discounted seats.)

There are many free shows in Vegas up and down the Strip as well. The Bellagio Fountain show never fails to amaze while across the street you can watch an indoor thunderstorm at the Miracle Mile Shops. If you are ready to venture further off the Strip you can head over to the Rio for the “Show in the Sky.”

However, most Vegas visitors never see our incredibly beautiful scenery off the Strip. Grab a car and head twenty minutes off the Strip to Red Rock to take the 13-mile loop drive or get out and hike the rocks.

If driving/hiking is not your thing grab one of our partner offers and be a Top Gun for a day or zip line through the desert canyons.

Once your trip to Vegas is booked one thing is for sure…there is something in Vegas for everyone! From all of us at Blue Chip Vegas have a great trip!

If you are headed out to Vegas for a conference or even some relaxing (or not so relaxing) R & R you will likely need access to WiFi at some point. Like it or not we all check our email while on vacation. So you might as well make that check-in a little less painful for your bank account. After all, the more you save on WiFi means you will have more for the tables, shows and restaurants.

Vegas is full of places to access free WiFi. So here is your all access pass to free WiFi on the world famous Las Vegas Strip.

McCarran International Airport

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (located inside the Miracle Mile Shops, ROI &Palms Casinos & Town Square)

Apple Store (Fashion Show Mall & Town Square)

Krispy Kreme (Excalibur)

McDonald’s (near MGM & Casino Royale)

Last, but far from least MGM’s Wet Republic

The guided tour starts with a brief safety orientation and a scenic van ride up the mountain. Upon arrival you will take a short 15-minute hike to the first platform where you will begin at a 3,800 foot elevation looking down on the Vegas valley.

The Red Mountains housing our flightlines are ranked eighth in the world for downhill extreme mountain biking, but rather than hiking/biking you will explore the mountains from the sky.

The adrenaline rush of soaring through the canyons is rivaled by the awe inspiring beauty of the canyons, mountains and lake views while you zip along the lines more than 1,000 feet above the ground. If you are afraid of heights, this Vegas attraction will help you conquer your fear.

“These unique aerial trails attract, educate and amaze people,” said Ian Green, co-founder of the Green Heart Conservation Company. “[It] allows them to follow the path of a bird. You will not find a more exhilarating trail in the world.”

If you are not familiar with the zip line phenomenon, passengers sit in their own paragliding harness that is suspended on cable wires sometimes reaching speeds of 50 mph. This is a piece of Vegas that most do not experience, but it is a piece that should not be missed!

All the single ladies, all the single ladies. And taken ladies too. Our Club Kid BrandyAlxander is back with her firsthand expertise on getting into the best Vegas clubs and partying VIP style. We know, we know. Dudes probably need more help with this but you’re just gonna have to wait in line a little longer.

My first glimpse into Vegas’ nightlife scene was when I was 13. I wasn’t partying it up like Drew Barrymore did in her wild child days (though that would’ve been amazing, celeb rehab and all). It was when I was watching MTV’s Real World: Las Vegas, the first go-around, when the seven strangers lived in the now infamous suite at The Palms.

I really shouldn’t have been watching the show, but even at the tender age of 13, I knew I was destined to dance the night away with my friends in some posh setting. And since I turned 21 last year, I’ve visited 21 of Vegas’ nightclubs. (They don’t call me a club kid for nothin’!)

So far in my crash course of clubbing, I’ve learned how to distinguish from “VIP Entry” scams and even how to score a free table with bottle service.

Allow me to help hook you up. And by “you,” I mean just women. Sorry dudes, this one is for the ladies.

Thousands of women travel to Las Vegas every year to celebrate being single before they tie knot. Though many people get married in Las Vegas, many others visit Sin City with their girlfriends for the bachelorette party of a lifetime.

Why Las Vegas? From morning until late into the night, brides-to-be and their wedding parties can party hard, soak in the sun, eat and drink lavishly, be pampered and surround themselves with over-the-top memories before saying “I do.”

What to Do

Once you’ve arrived in Las Vegas, it’s time to get your bachelorette party started.

During the day, hit the ground shopping. With thousands of stores ranging from discount to high-end, Las Vegas has become an increasingly popular destination for shopping. Many retail areas on the Las Vegas Strip offer unique shopping atmospheres (such as the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian and Fashion Show Mall), but many women prefer to catch a cab to the Las Vegas Premium Outlets, which have dozens of name brand shops selling items at severely discounted prices.
